Buenas tardes, quiero eliminar mi cuenta de Adobe Acrobat Pro ya que me registré con un mail de una compañía en la que ya no trabajo. No tenía otro email o telefono registrado para poder entrar, y me siguen cobrando mes a mes el cargo por un servicio que no puedo usar. No tengo forma de darle reset ya que me envían el código a dicha cuenta de mail que ya no existe. HELP!

You should not create Adobe IDs for private accounts on e-mails that you do not control. You see the mess...
You need to solve this by contacting Adobe Customer Service. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.

Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.
