No puedo copiar caracteres especiales desde acrobat

Desde hace poco no puedo copiar texto correctamente desde acrobat en pdf que me envían, al copiar acentos o caracteres especiales como la ñ, al pegar aparce un simbolo extraño.

 

Si lo exporto como rtf me exporta correctamente el texto y puedo copiarlo

Hope you are doing well.

This issue was reported with the latest patch 21.005.20048 of Adobe Acrobat released in June. However, the fix is available now with the latest update of Acrobat and Reader DC. Please install the latest update from the following link: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/continuous/dccontinuousjunehotfix2... 

Download the setup, run it, reboot the machine (if possible) and check the app functionality. 

 

Let us know if it still doesn't re
