No scrollbars in Acrobat bug

The latest Acrobat update has completely removed the scrollbars. Checking the box "Always show scrollbars" in the Preferences does nothing. This is an extremely annoying bug that really affects my workflow. When will it be fixed?

This is a known issue, and the fix has been rolled out with a July 2024 update.
