No text, only logos & graphics print

I am using Reader 2017.0009.20044 on a Win 10 machine. When attempting to print a pdf file, no text is printed however, logos and any graphics, regardless of color or B&W, print fine. If I go to print/advanced and select Print as an Image, I get a very light grey text with proper logos & graphics. I have the same result with multiple pdf documents so it's not a faulty file. The print preview shows the document as it should print, but when it prints, no text.  Non-pdf files print properly whether text, graphics, or a combination.

Has anyone every come up with a solution to this problem?

Hi

Please try the troubleshooting steps provided in this help document: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

Check if this helps in resolving the issue.

Also, try repairing Adobe Reader. Go to Help menu > Repair Installation.

If you still experience the issue, can you share any PDF with us so we can check it at our end?
