Hello...
I tried Enable PDF thumbnail previews in Windows Explorercheckbox in Preferences, but that did not work. I am using Mystic Thumbs which shows thumbnails of all the other Adobe apps successfully (Photoshop, InDesign, etc) but no luck with PDF files...so I am assuming (possibly wrongly) that the problem is not with Mystic Thumbs.
Is there another way to enable this...through the registry, perhaps?
Thanks.

You do need to enable an option in Acrobat, which will install the required helper files.

Hi Steve
Please try disabling Mystic thumbs and then turning ON the preference as mentioned here:

Let us know if that fixes the issue.
Thanks

It did not...but thanks, anyway for the suggestion. (I actually had tried that before) Please note that Mystic Thumbs does successfully show thumbnails for all the other Adobe docs: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, EMF, SVG, all other vector an pixel files. Only PDFs don't get created...and they used to. I don't think I changed anything.
