No Windows Thumbnail for PDF with Acrobat Pro 2022.003.20282

Hi,

we are having an issue where Windows Explorer Thumbnails are NOT showing for PDF files, we have checked for later versions and followed suggested settings etc but nothing. PAID FULL VERSION

If we however install a FREE Foxit viewer we automatically get Windows thumbnails, if we uninstall it we loose the thmbnails again.

Appears to be eminating from the previewhandler dll with adobe.

Any help appreciated.
