I recently signed up for a free trial of Adobe Acrobat (not this account), but I mistakenly entered an incorrect and non-existent email address during the registration process. As a result, I’m unable to access the account to manage or cancel the trial. Is there any way for the trial to be canceled on Adobe's end or have the email changed to a valid one?

You need to get in touch with Adobe's customer support for account issues. Most people here are users of Adobe products, just like you, and we don't have access to any internal Adobe systems.
