Not able to find my paid subscribtion account

Hello every one, 

 

I paid 2 times a weak for my subscribtion ? But I could not find this account I don´t know which region I have chosen while I bought the subscribtion ?

Paying twice for the same subscription, let me think that you have taken the subscription twice on different accounts. The region is always the one that is connected to your credit card. If your credit card is a US card, the region needs to be the US. If the credit card is a French one, the region needs to be France.

 

But you can create multiple Adobe ID's if you have multiple e-mail addresses. So you will have to look at your e-mail addresses and check those for subscription confirmations.

 

Beware that Gmail, as an example, allows writing your address differently and still, it considers the mail address as the same. Example x.y@gmail.com is the same as xy@gmail.com, but Adobe treats those as 2 different addresses and will let you create 2 Adobe IDs on this. So check that too.

 

If you absolutely don't find your second subscription, contact Adobe customer care. They may find out what account uses the same credit card.

 

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
