Not able to install Acrobat Pro on RDS server

Hi All,

We are having problems installing Acrobat Pro on our RDS server from our customer.

At the optimization part it want to start the Print spooler but it gives a error:

Starting or stopping does not help and we have the rights to do this since we are admin on the RDS server.
