Not able to luanch Acrobat Pro XI

I downloaded Acrobat XI pro from my account and entered the correct serial number during the installation.  But when I try to launch the tool, it brings up a dialog box stating that my serial number is being checked.  Then I get the box below.  When I try to select the correct product (Acrobat Pro XI)  I do not find it on the list

Your license is an upgrade, which means that you must have a serial number for a full previous version of Acrobat to be able to use it.
