  • I'm using Acrobat Pro DC.  It was working just fine.  Then out of the blue it no longer can find my scanner although I can select it in a list.  I can scan to my scanner using other applications so I know my scanner is working.  I've uninstalled my printer and reinstalled.  Still not working.  I have an Brother MFC-J4335DW all in one printer.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As descried you are not able to scan  using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application.

 

Do you get any error message when you try to scan using Adobe Acrobat DC application? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Also please checkout the help page - https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-scanner-issues-acrobat.html and see if that works for you.
