We have various Acrobat versions, including Pro DC. While having a pdf open and then attempting to Share a link, Send file by Email, Share this file with Others, they all bring up a blank window/box.
Started happening for our users a few weeks ago and not everyone at the same time. We thought we had it fixed by going to Edit>Preferences>General and unchecking the box next to "Show online storage when saving files", but that only works for a day or less and then we need to do a repair or a full reinstall. Any ideas why this started happening and how we proactively fix this before more users experience it?

Sorry to keep you waiting. The planned update for Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC version 21.11.20039 is now available. Please update the application from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
You may also download the patch manually from the link https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html and see if that works for you.

I am having the same issue - on ALL pdfs - I even switched to my personal account to check. Still an issue. I can only share through email - which does not work for my students.
I checked for updates - No updates. I tried a repair of the installation - Nothing.

got same issue here after updating acrobot to last version (22.003.20314.0), pressing on the email tool & just a blank box shows up.
please if someone has a solution, thanks!

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
For testing purposes, please go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) >Preferences > Enahnaced Security > Uncheck 'Enable Protected mode at startup' > click OK and reboot the computer
Note: Please turn in the security after testing to avoid any security risk.

As the application is working fine when you turn off the protected mode, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/protected-mode-troubleshooting-reader.html and see if that works.

Last week I lost the ability to send pdf via email or any in fact. Customers just get a blank page with message saying unable to open. If I send to print he message is prin failed. Print preview shows blank page. This happens if I send from either iPad or iPhone
it would seem looking at all the above that this is an issue not just aff3cting me
