Are both 'Multi-line' and 'Scroll long text' selected in field properties?

Thanks for responding.  Yes. both are selected in during Form creation.  When viewing the PDF copy received from my customer, scroll button moves if click on it but the text content does not.  Not sure where went wrong.

Hi salhas,

Thank you for reaching out.

As Nesa Nurani asked, please confirm if you have selected both 'Multi-line' and 'Scroll long text in the field properties.

Please refer to the information in the following help document:https://adobe.ly/3DrTC19

If possible, share the PDF form so that we can check.

Let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Yes,  I have selected both 'Multi-line' and 'Scroll long text in the field properties, and as per shown in the 1st screenshot.  Unfortunately, i am not able to share the PDF copy submitted by customer.   Prior to this, i have no issue with the other Acrobat Pro version.   Hence, seeking advice.

To add on, though the scroll bar was moved up & down, the displayed text remains static.   Hence, I would not be able to view the full data/information the customer has keyed in.

Try this:

  • Export the form data
