Not all tools available in Adobe Acrobat Standard DC

Hi

I seem to have lost quite a few tools in the software and I can't find them.

Hi ccre-cemr,

Per your screenshots attached, it seems you are comparing between a free Tool Reader DC and Acrobat Standard. 

Reader DC doesn't have those features functional unless you have internet and subscription. The reader is using online services to make those features functional Answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.   

On the other hand, Acrobat standard requires activation and have inbuilt those features.

Your two images are taken from different programs. The first is from Reader DC, while the second is from Acrobat Standard DC.

Note you can can quickly find any tool by simply searching by name.
