Not allowing me to edit whilst subscribed

New Here ,
Aug 08, 2023 Aug 08, 2023

I am logged into Acrobat on my desktop no issues viewing items. I cannot edit or do any actions without it asking me to subscribe, which I already am. I try to see if there is some upgrade in my plan to access editing etc., and it says that I have already subscribed.

Hi @Nathaniel315660737jkm

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I have checked your Adobe account via the Adobe ID you are using on this community and found an active plan for Acrobat Pro. Please try to logout of the application, reboot the computer and relogin with the same Adobe ID and check.

If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the direct link
https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that helps

Amal
