Hi,

Could you please try installing the latest patch by clicking "Check for Updates" under Help menu in Acrobat and see if that works?

You may also download updates from the following link:

Adobe - Acrobat : For Macintosh

Adobe - Acrobat : For Windows

Please confirm the version of Acrobat DC installed on the machine.

To do that, under Help>click About Adobe Acrobat DC
