Not getting authentication email

New Here ,
Feb 26, 2025 Feb 26, 2025

I paid for Acrobat Pro, downloaded it, created a password and all that, and then it is requiring a code from my email, except no matter how many times I request it, I do not receive the email. The email address is correct and working. I cannot utilize chat, because I cannot sign in because I cannot authenticate my account, because I do not get the authentication code. I tried what was suggested in help which is to return to the sign in screen and chose another sign in method (SMS) and that is not an option on my sign in screen. Everything I attempt to do to get assistance just brings me back to the authentication email, which I never receive.

Thank you

@Me123456 when you said, 'you paid' for Acrobat, did you buy from 'Adobe.com' or a third party website? I would log out of your Adobe software. I would also clear your browser's cache and cookies, that are interfering with the authentication process. Then log back into your adobe.com account. Verfiy the settings in your profile. Double-check that the email used is the one you entered correctly during the account creation process. Even an extra space or character, it raises flags.

If it still persists, temporarily disable any browser extensions that might be interfering with email delivery or authentication. And use a different browser or a different device (e.g., your phone) to see if you can receive the email. I know some government forms don't show up properly in Chrome, but are fine in Firefox or Edge.
