Not running

I bought the Adobe DC pro recently and downloaded it in my computer YET every time that I try to work with a pdf, it tells me that I need to download it and verify it again??!! That is really annoying. I tried yo contact customer support but no answer, what as t can I do??!

You downloaded the installer program. You need to run the installer prorpgram.

If it's already installed, open Acrobat from your Program Files, Start menu or desktop icon.

Then open your PDF file from within Acrobat.
