ocr text recognition error

I had a problem to using acrobat ocr

1. paper capture recognition error

2. Unkown error

1 - Try to repair the installation from the help menu.
2 - 32bit version crobat install

So the problem is solved.

But my computer is 64bit and I don't know why I need to install 32bit.

Let me know if you know why.
