Hi

Recently, all of sudden MS Excel as part of Office 365 is taking absolutely ages to convert a report to PDF. It use to take like 4 mins and now its over 40 mins.

Already tried to repair acrobat installation and repair office 365 installation.

Any tips to getting this resolved?

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

What is the workflow you are doing to create the PDF form Word? Are you saving to PDF or saving to Adobe PDF?

Please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html and see if that works.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also, make sure you have the recent version 22.2.20191 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once and see if that works.

Regards

Amal

What happens if you clean the temporary cache folders and system temp folders?

Can you confirm if it improves?
