Offline Fillable Form

Hi, I created a fillable PDF using Adobe Pro. It worked perfectly. How can I download the fillable form amd keep it fillable? It downloads, but it strips all of the fillable fields out of it.

A "Fill and Sign" form cannot be used offline.  For that you need a regular PDF form.
