Hi there
Hope you are doing well, and sorry for the trouble.
Would you mind sharing the workflow/steps you are taking, and also sharing a small video recording of the issue as it occurs.
It’s unusual for information to be omitted automatically during the saving process, but it can happen depending on how the file is saved or exported. Here are a few steps you can follow to check:
1. Verify the source file:
Reopen the original document (before saving as PDF or exporting) to confirm all content is present.
2. Compare versions:
Open the saved version side by side with the original and check if any text, images, or form fields are missing.
3. Check the saving method:
If you used “Save As”, ensure the correct file type (e.g., PDF, DOCX, etc.) and settings were selected.
If you used “Export” or “Reduce File Size”, some optimization settings may remove embedded content or annotations.
4. Inspect security or optimization settings:
Go to File > Properties > Security/Description to see if any restrictions or optimizations were applied that might affect visible content.
5. Try saving again:
Save a new copy with default settings and compare to see if the issue persists.
If you notice specific content being omitted (like form fields, comments, or images), please share what type of data is missing which will help narrow down the cause.
