Can someone please help me. I am creating an evaluation sheet and I need to set up where if 2 or more of certain checkboxes are a 0 then it gives them a failing grade. Thank you

You need to explain it in a bit more detail. What do you mean by "are a 0", first of all? Do you mean they are not ticked at all? Or are you referring to groups of check-boxes with scores (say 0-5)?

Also, what are the names of these fields, and where should the failing grade appear, and in what format? (a text field that says "PASS"/"FAIL"? A score? An alert? Something else?)

Sorry, I am not good at explaining. Right now I have it set up as checkboxes named 1-79 but I have certain ones that if they miss 2 or more of these elements no matter the percent grade it is still a failure. I have a drop down menu for the pass and fail but I can change to a different box to indicate this if I need to.

So if the user doesn't select anything in two (or more) check-box groups the result should be Fail?
