Only empty windows (when hit archive) trying to send, save etc. How to fix?

I cant save my work, when I try I only get empty windows. Commented on a pdf and cant even send. The dialog window is empty when opening after hitting the button for "Archive as" og "Email."

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the late response.

I hope you would have been able to solve this issue by now, if not please try the steps as below:

Go to Preferences (Ctrl,Cmd+K) > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when saving files' and 'Show online storage when opening files' > Click OK and reboot the application.

Also, make sure you have the latest version 24.05.2039X of Acrobat installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
