Only scanning first page

Just started out of the blue.  Had to get a new printer and the same happened.  Uninstalled and re-installed drivers.  Ensured it was WIA.  Tried another PDF scanning program which worked.  Simply put, I tried all the recommendations from other reports and nothing is working.  It used to auto default to choose Document Feeder at letter size.  Now it only says Flatbed and the sizing is not letter.  Tried all settings and preferences to change it.
