Only show selected Checkboxes when digitally signed

Hi Guys,

First of all thanks in advance for any help with this issue.

I have a form that our staff uses to quote for jobs. I have the form set that once our staff member digitally signs it, it turns all the other fields to read-only. A section of this form needs to have 10 checkboxes which are tasks for the job we are quoting for. For each quote, any amount of these checkboxes can be selected.

What I want it to do is say I select 3 of these checkboxes when our staff digitally signs it I only want the 3 checkboxes to be shown and the others will be hidden is this possible?

Hi @irish_peck

Thanks for reaching out with your question, and sorry for the delayed response.
If you haven't found an answer already. Yes, it is possible, you can do it using the script: https://adobe.ly/4h6NXvM;
Also, it is possible to do this Action on field conditions; please check the screenshot attached.
