Open Bookmarks as default for all documents

Is there a way to have the Bookmarks pane open for every single document that any user opens in Adobe Acrobat DC?  I know that we can go into the properties, Initial View tab on documents and change it there.  But we would like to have that as the default for ALL documents anyone ever opens in DC.  Several users forget to set the properties on documents, which makes the next user have to set that up every time they forget...  Thanks

You can retain the last LHP (Left Hand Pane) state across Acrobat launches by selecting the pane you want with a document open and then pin the LHP entry from the right-click context menu. Files that have an Initial View setting will override this preference.
