when i open a document that was emailed to me it says please wait.... if this message does not eventually replacce the proper contents viewers may not be able to display this type of document you can upgrade to the latest verison (which i belive i have)

Save the file to the local computer and then open it directly using Adobe Acrobat or Reader.
