I have the Acrobat DC Pro, and I need to use the Optimized PDF function, but it looks like doesn't work. The Optimized PDF menu is active, so I can click on it, but nothing, the dialog box doesn't appear.
What could be the problem?

Hi Csferencz,
You may refer to the help document Optimizing PDFs in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for the detailed description of "Optimizing PDF"
Also, please share if there is any specific message that pops up when you are trying to use the Optimized PDF function.
Or help us with the screenshot of the same.
Let us know if the help document doesn't help resolving the issue.

Hello Akki_24,
Thank you for your answer.
I didn't suggest to the help document. The problem is that when I click on the File/Save as other/Optimized PDF menu nothing happens. The menu is active, so I can click on it, but nothing. The PDF Optimizer's dialog box doesn't appear.

Hi Csferencz,
I really apologize for the delay in response to your last message.
As explained above, the optimized pdf menu is not working, just want to reconfirm whether the menu is frozen or the next window is not appearing?
You may check the updates of the application, Launch Acrobat>Help>Check for update
If it still doesn't help, then Launch Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation
Let us know if it still doesn't work.
Regards,
Akanchha

I am having the same problem and it appears there are no users who know the answer. This is the unforunate result with "community suport" groups when the software company does not have their own technical suppport people invivled. Therefoe hit an miss solutions. I'll keep working on this and post a solution if I can figure out one.
