Hi @Zein_0644,
Thanks for sharing the details. I understand how frustrating memory-related errors can be when working with large or complex PDFs.
To assist you better, could you please help with the following information:
Acrobat version (e.g., 2025.001.20476) – Help > About Adobe Acrobat
Operating System and its version
Approximate file size and whether the file has complex content like images, scanned content, or embedded fonts
Are you using any plugins, third-party scripts, or working with files stored on a network/shared/mapped drive?
When exactly do you encounter the error – during file opening, editing, saving, or printing?
Update Acrobat to the latest version via Help > Check for Updates
Try opening the file after turning off Enhanced Security (Edit > Preferences > Security (Enhanced))
Optimize the PDF using File > Save As Other > Optimized PDF and reduce embedded content
If the issue persists with a specific file, try running Preflight > PDF/A validation, or recreate the PDF using a different method, or export
Monitor memory usage via Task Manager/Activity Monitor to identify spikes
If the issue continues, feel free to share system memory logs and Acrobat logs, and we’ll be happy to escalate this further.
