Hi all.
After trawling through the internet trying to find a solution to my problem I have ended up here in a last ditch attempt to resolve my issue.
Basically, Outlook 365 refuses to let acrobat preview PDF documents. Other viewers work fine. I have tried all the usual fixs relating to attatchment handling. Has anyone got a fix for this?
Thanks in advance!

HI,
Can you confirm the operating system you are using. Also, are you trying to view a pdf that came as an attachment in an email through a browser (which one?) or though Outlook (which version?).
PLease include screenshots to help us understand how to help you best.

There is no “previewer” for PDF in Outlook; it is working as designed. You double click on the attachment and view the PDF in either Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat depending upon what you have installed.

Hi,
In my Outlook (desktop) I can see previews of pdf. Regarding th eonline version of Outlook (through a browser) the pdf previews in a pop up. I include screenshots. I have not installed any specific tool for this.
