There are several things going on here so bare with my explanation: I have been having Adobe automatically convert all my outlook items to PDF for several months. However in reality it only keeps converting the same 4 emails and puts them into one portfolio file. I thought it was me simply not understanding how to use the portfolio function but now I'm thinking there is more to it. You see we are talking about 8 years worth of work emails and I throw very little away. So today I was trying to convert just a few specific emails and all their attachments to PDF using the "Convert to Adobe PDF" function but once again it turns it into a portfolio and doesn't convert the attachments. I started manually converting saving and combining PDF's which was a real pain. However I started noticing that some emails were still being saved as portfolios (if I did convert to PDF rather than file print as PDF) this caused a problem when combining files since it would add the file to the portfolio and then I couldn't find it any more. which lead me to believe I was just missing something and didn't know how to use the portfolio. I found the following link about outlook converting to PDF. https://www.evermap.com/AutoPortfolio/ConvertPSTtoPDF.pdf I started following it however I don't seem to have the "plug in" in my adobe ribbon and couldn't figure out how to add it. It seems like if I did the plug in they suggested on the mentioned website that I could then see all the attachments. I did notice that when playing with the view that if I go to detail it will show how many attachments the PDF has and the body in the email has a link to open the attachments, however they open in outlook as emails not as PDFs. and any other PDF's I combined to the portfolio seem to still have no way to open them since they are not in the body. Please help: 1.) How do I get an email with attachments to all be one PDF. 2.) How do I automatically back up my outlook files to PDFs. 2.) How do I add "Plug ins" to my ribbon.
