Outlook to pdf bulk conversion failing

Hi, PDF is failing to convert Outlook emails in bulk. I used to be able to convert about 1k emails at a time. Now I can barely do 100, and that sometimes fails too. It's very frustrating and hard to find the root cause of this issue. Can you help, please? Thank you!

Could you please share the steps used to create PDFs in bulk? Did you start experiencing this behavior after any recent change? It would be helpful if you could share a small video.

Please share the current version numbers of Outlook and Acrobat. Also, share the OS version on the machine.

Unfortunately, I cannot provide with a video since this is a company owned computer. The steps I've been taking to PDF in bulk are: 1. Select emails in Classic Outlook 2. File > Save as PDF > Choose folder to save > Save.

I have not made any changes to the steps.

OS is Windows 11 Enterprise.

I did not share a video, per my earlier message I cannot provide with one nor a sample.

Please advise what the root cause of the problem may be or troubleshooting tips that I can try on my end.
