oversized PDF

Can Adobe Acrobat X Pro do a pdf 72" x 240" - yes six feet by 20 feet from Illustrator? I did it half size in Illustrator, but I need the file full size.

HI,

I think Acrobat has ( or used to) a limit of 200" in any direction, I don't know if he move to 64 bit would help ( not with Acrobat X as it is 32 bit)

Why do you need the file at full size?

Even the billboard companies I deal with do not need that.
