How can i remove those links and blue boxes from each page of the pdf ? , do i have to click and delete in each page or is there any other way ??

You can create a Redaction annotation and then duplicate it across all pages, since they all appear at the same part of the page. Are you allowed to do so, though? Do you own this file?
