Page and Image help

New Here ,

Hello,

For my students, I am creating 11x17 cover sheets for sections. It is easier to keep track of etc. I have been converting my pdfs to image and then inserting them to get what I want and this has been working just fine. But now, I want to make put two image pdfs on top of each other on one side of the page and I cannot get them to line up correctly. I know there is a way to put exact sizes and positions on the page, but for the life of me I cannot find it. I have done exactly what the instructions say to do, Right-click the image and choose "Set Position". But that is not an available option. Am I missing something? Did I somehow lose some features? Can someone please walk me thru what I am doing wrong?

But while I am here, is there a better way of adding the PDF to the 11x17 than saving as image?

Thanks in advance

@Celestial_Sunshine8571 if your PDFs are 11 x 17, why are you needing to convert it to image?

What app are you using to make your PDFs then convert to image? In some apps, you can place the images on top of one another as layers and then print layers as separate documents or export them as individual PDFs

I am using old PDFs and making new 11x17s. Essentially, I am taking 4 traditional pages and putting them one 11x17 that folds in half like a booklet. I am converting them to images to import them on to the 11x17 from the orginal 11x8.5. You will see what I mean in the attachment. One is a blank template, the other is what I am currently working on.

I am using acrobat to convert the PDF to image and then inserting them as an image. But I want them to be uniform and proffessional. Which is why I was asking about the Set Position that used to be available to me. I was curious if I lost a feature or if it went away.

But if you have an easier way of how to insert muliple existing 8.5x11 pdfs into an 11x17 that would keep the formatting entact etc that would be very helpful.

Hi Celestial_Sunshine8571 ,

Thank you for reaching out.

Please share more information about the feature you mentioned here. Where did you find the option before? If you can share the steps you used to use to get the option, that would be great.

If you are using the new Acrobat experience, you may try switching back to the old version and see if the option is still there. Please share a screenshot of the option with us.

Feel free to let us know if you need any help.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
