Page Limit of 25?

Hi all,

I've just signed up to the Acrobat Pro @ £19.97 per month (UK).   Does anyone know why I'm getting this problem of 25 page limit when testing a document to sign?? (see screenshot email that I keep getting below)

It's supposed to be a 100 page limit as per here: -

- If they have reduced it to 25 pages I will be cancelling and trying DocuSign instead as it isn't fit for purpose and does not suit my needs.
