Page links not working in interactive PDF on Android smartphones

I created an interactive PDF from InDesign with hyperlinks, text anchors, and “go to page” links. The PDF works perfectly on Macs, PCs, and iPhones, but the page links don’t work on Android smartphones. The external hyperlinks (to a webpage) work, but any in-document navigation links—including text anchors and “go to page” links—do not work.

I’ve seen a few similar issues for this topic, but I haven’t found any resolution. Any ideas or workarounds?

Do you see this with every file? Also, is this specific to Android? I would like to know more about this.

Would you mind sharing a sample file with us along with the screen recording video of the event you see to test in-house and investigate further?
