Page thumbnails on by default?

Is there a way to make page thumbnails to be visible by default? An older version of Acrobat did this, but maybe I enabled a setting that I can not find in the user preferences. Having to navigate via the View Menu > Show/Hide > Navigation > Page Thumbnails is a bit annoying every time I need to view thumbnails, when I didn't have to do this before. Is there a user preference setting that I'm missing.

BTW, I'm on a Mac, using Acrobat Pro DC 2015

thanks!

Hi davidp158,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please refer to the following link which discusses the same functionality:

how can I keep tool pane and thumbnails open as a default?

Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks,
