Bonjour la famille,
Je viens vers où car j'ai rencontré une situation avec le service client Adobe, j'ai appelé un numéro pour me plaindre d'une facture que j'ai reçu de la part de Adobe.
J'ai donné mon adresse email et mon nom complet. J'ai limpression que je me suis faite arnaquer.
Pensez-vous u'il feront quoique ce soit avec les informations que j'ai fournis/
J'ai bloqué mes cartes en ce moment.
J'ai besoib de votre aide pour savoir comment contacter le service client de Adobe.

If that's all the information you gave (and not anything like a CC number, bank account number, access to your computer, etc.) then I don't think there's a big risk. This kind of information is not very secret... You can get it from the signature of any email you get from someone, after all.
To contact Adobe directly use one of these channels:

(make sure pop-ups are not blocked; type "Agent" to chat with a real person, or via phone, during working hours)

There's no email support.
Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
