Some Acrobat Reader files are password-protected. If you close the password prompt box for one file, other Acrobat Reader files won't open anymore. You'll need to restart the computer to open them again. Please fix the bug. Thanks.

This is a user-to-user forum for addressing issues with Adobe Acrobat. We don't have the pull with Adobe developers to fix any bugs found in the software.
That doesn't mean, though, that you can't address the right folks and press for a fix to Acrobat problems; only that you can't do it here. If you'd like to file a bug report, you can address Adobe directly with it through this link.
Hope this helps,
Randy
