Is there any way to password protect a folder in Adobe Document Cloud?

You have to protect folders through your OS. You can make the folder read only.

Thanks gkaiseril - there is no way to actually ask for password before opening this folder even for read only ?

I do not know of an OS that works that way. Such a system could possibly block backups of that folder during a system backup. You might want to persue Digital Rights Management, but it would come at a price.
