Quite likely the PDF document is broken.

If you can share it here, please do so for an actual analysis of the issue.

Good Morning, Unfortunately it's a bank doc I can't share. However it is the case with different doc's from different providers. Hence, it must be an issue with the settings I guess, but I don't know what. Any idea?

If it's the case with different doc's from different providers, isn't there one document among them that can be shared?

Or do you mean different banks by different providers? In that case those different banks may use the same software with a different template...

That being said, do you by chance use Adobe Acrobat on a Mac? There have been many reports of issues with fonts on Acrobat for Mac in the recent weeks.

I use Adobe Acrobat on a Mac.

There are different doc's from different banks which show this issue.

Hi @Mystic_practice3461 and @indy1100,

Sorry for the troubled experience. Could you try opening the affected PDF in Google Chrome or any other and check if you are experiencing a similar issue?

If the file is rendering normally, meaning you can see its content, check for pending updates.
To check for Pending updates, launch Acrobat > Help > Check for Updates. There was a known issue where the content of the file, excluding images, wasn't rendering properly, and that issue has been fixed already.

Let us know how it works, if the issue persists, try creating a PDF and then convert the file to PDF/A and check if the issue persists.

Which "PDF option on your computer"?

And which ISO 19005 do you need in your PDF docs?
