Hi there,
I need help regarding the following:
I want to create a list of products. Each product conisisting of name, price, description, image.
Now I would like to build a pdf page with 3 products. These products I want to set as placeholders (each product with name, price, description and image - just like my previously created list)
Now I want to go on the first product. Here a list of all my products should open. I would now pick one of the products and all infos about it should be imported into my pdf to the according placeholders (name, description, price, image). The same I would repeat with the remaining 2 products.
This way I can use my pdf template and just change the product content with a single click. Is that possible - how could I achieve this?
Best.

Yes, it is, using form fields and scripts. The script can read the data from a spreadsheet text file that is attached to the PDF, populate a drop-down field with all the products names in that file, and then populate the other fields based on the selection the user makes in the drop-down. This is not a trivial scripting task, though.
