Hi, I am hoping someone can help me. An employee is working on a pdf file with thumbnails open. When she clicks on a page in the thumbnail section the content of that page in the main view will lose some of the information and becomes gibberish? This happens to all of the pages until the file is closed and reopened.
My screenshot shows the top as it should be and after clicking on it it changes to the bottom image.
I'm wondering if there may be a shortcut key or something she is accidentally selecting when this happens?? I have no idea and google not helping as I dont know what is actually happening.
Any ideas would be very much appreciated, thank you!

The image is very low quality and it's impossible to see what's going on. Also, we can't see what application is being used to edit the file. Please post a high-quality image (or video) of the full window when this issue happens. Also, let us know what's the OS version and Acrobat version on this machine, and if possible, share a sample file.

Hi @Kelly29517163n8kd
Following up to check if the issue is still happening at your end.
If yes, please let us know what exactly you were trying to do with the PDF and which application you were using.

Hi, this issue still appears to be happening occasionally. Looking at the files that it happened to today it looks like a number of colums are merging into continuous text. This is on behalf of my boss that it is happening to - no other staff. She is using Adobe Acrobat Pro - latest version.
I dont really even know how to explain what is happening - the first screenshot below is how the pdf should look and the second one shows that columns are merging?
It is like some sort of short cut - I am also reaching out to the support for her keyboard in case it is a keyboard shortcut.

I appreciate your response.
However, I would like to know more about what operation your boss is doing when this happens. Is she exporting the PDF into a different format, or is she trying to edit an existing PDF?
Please be precise in describing the workflow. There is usually more than one way of performing a task, and we would like to know precisely which one your boss is using.
Also, please check if you can share a file with us. If you aren't comfortable sharing the file in this public forum, I will send you an email ID.
Thank you for your patience and support.
