PDF Color on Screen too dark on the computer where it was created but ok on other

I have one user when he creates a PDF from a PNG image the color on the PDF is darker than the original image.

But other users don't see a difference between the original image and the PDF.

On the original image, there is some pink that shows as dark red on the computer where the PDF was created.

If you put both PNG and PDF on the screen there is a big difference.

But all other colors are the same on both PNG and PDF.

Thank You

I assume you are saying that when you take the PDF file to another computer, it looks OK. The most likely reason for this is that a setting in the accessibility settings was changed, and that Acrobat is now replacing certain colors. Go into Acrobat's preferences, then go to the accessibility category and make sure that "Replace Document Colors" is off.

I verified the accessibility setting and the Document color is off. All colors are darker on this computer but the original image .jpg is ok. And when all other users open the pdf and the jpg the colors are identical. Pink color is dark red on the PDF on the problem computer.

Will uninstall and clean the computer so i can reinstall Acrobat DC.

Thank You for the help.
