PDF Comments Not Showing in Acrobat

PDF Comments don't always work.... We get the alert that comments were made but opening in Acrobate by clicking on the alert won't show them.... You can go to docomentcloud.adobe.com and view the pdf there and see the comments.

But even if you click the Open in Acrobat button on above page you don't see the comments.

This is sporadic and and isn't really restricted to any one file or computer. It happens on several user computers that send pdfs for review.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. This issue is already reported to our engineering team and they are working on it to find a fix.

We will share the update as soon as we get any news from them.
