PDF conversion

New Here ,
Jan 21, 2025 Jan 21, 2025

When I convert a specific excel file into PDF by right clicking and choosing "convert to PDF" it converts it to a two page PDF on my desktop which it has never done before. I have this exact same excel spreadsheet on my laptop and it still converts it to a single page just like it always has. Why is it suddenly cutting off the bottom text of the PDF and placing it on page two? But only on my desktop computer. Exact same excel page.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @benaso33

Sorry for the troubled experience.
Here is a similar discussion in the community: https://adobe.ly/40GTmEr this is a bit long but there are a few workarounds for similar issue.

If none of the solutions discussed doesn't work for you, let us know the following:

1. Acrobat version installed.
2. Operating system name and version.
3. Screen recording of the issue.

Thank you for your patience and feedback.
