Hello
I don't speak your language correctly and I apologize!
I am under W10 and Firefox : and subscribed to Acrobat DC.
My problem is simple
For some time now when I open a PDF it saves the PDF file on my desktop.
Usually I only save voluntarily (only when I want to save on my hard drive) in a directory other than the desktop.
Can you tell me what to do to stop having PDFs on my desktop.
Have a nice day
Hello,

Could you please let us know from where you are opening PDFs?
If you are using the Firefox browser, please check the browser settings. Use the steps suggested below:
1. Open Firefox and click on the three vertical lines at the top right corner.
2. Select Settings from the list of options.
3. Select the first option, "General" on the left-hand side and scroll the page till "Files and Application".
4. Under Application, check the Protable Document format and

5. If it shows "Save file", change it to "Always ask".
Check if that resolved the issue.
Let us know if you need any help.
