Hello
I don't speak your language correctly and I apologize!
I am under W10 and Firefox : and subscribed to Acrobat DC.
My problem is simple

For some time now when I open a PDF it saves the PDF file on my desktop.
Usually I only save voluntarily (only when I want to save on my hard drive) in a directory other than the desktop.

Can you tell me what to do to stop having PDFs on my desktop.

Have a nice day

5. If it shows "Save file", change it to "Always ask".

Check if that resolved the issue.

Let us know if you need any help.

Hello

Thank you very much for your help!

I am opening the PDFs from the Firefox download. But currently I have to
reselect by clicking the downloaded file in Firefox so that it opens in
Adobe DC.

I have followed your recommendations carefully!
Good news. Now thanks to the recommended settings the PDFs open
automatically in ADOBE DC.
On the other hand it continues to save the PDF on my desktop.
I humbly confess that I did not find what to do in the settings so that
there is no more copy on the desktop.

I hope you can still guide me on this last point.

Sincerely
