PDF distorted when saved as JPG

Hi!

I'm having a bit of an issue saving a PDF as JPG. It keeps becoming distorted every time I try to have it saved. It has worked perfectly fine in the past. Could anyone help me figure out what's going on? Thanks.

Additionally, I just saved a different PDF to an image and it worked perfectly fine. What do we think the issue is here?
